NOTE:  If you use an online bill payment service, it is essential you include the account number referenced on your coupon or statement in the memo section of your bank online payment to receive credit for the payment in a timely fashion.  Delays in posting will occur if this information is not contained on your bill payment check.  The payment address for online banking is the same as the above bank lockbox remittance address.
 

 
ACH (Automatic Debit):
 
To enroll in the ACH Auto Debit Program, simply complete the Authorization for Automatic Deduction Enrollment Form, attach a voided check and return to the Association's Management Office or mail to:

There is no fee to enroll in the Auto Debit Program.
 

 
Online Bill Payment: 
 
Owners may pay online using their Checking account as well as by Credit Card.
 
There is a convenience fee to use this service.  The convenience fee is paid to the payment provider at the time of payment.  Neither the Hermitage on Huron Condominium Association nor Community Specialists receives any portion of the Convenience Fee.
 
There is a $14.95 Convenience Fee for all credit card payments.
 
There is a $14.95 Convenience Fee for a One-Time payment made through your checking account.
 
If you setup a recurring payment through your checking account, there is a $2.00 Convenience Fee per payment.
 
You can make a payment of up to $3,000.
 
The online bill payment service is provided through Dues Payment (eRentPayer.com).
