We've put our associations online to provide you with more convenience.  The Access Level assigned to your Sign In name will determine which Menu Items and Documents you will be able to view.  Guests to our website will have access to public information, Residents (Renters) will have access to additional information and Owners to even more information.      Under Stay Connected you will find News Articles, our Calendar, Photo Galleries and a link to your personal home page that lists all the most recent items added to the website.      The Resident Services section will provide you with online forms, surveys, the link to check your account information and the online Management Office where you may find a number of online forms.  Te Resource Center also includes general terminology and the structure of the association.      The Document Center; this is the Association's online Resource Center where the Declaration and By-Laws, Percentage of Ownership Report, Board Meeting Minutes, Rules and Regulations, Sales and Lease (Rental) information, copies of announcements and other miscellaneous paper documents are located.      The Classifieds section will show current units for sale or rent in the association along with help wanted, miscellaneous items for sale, parking spaces for sale or rent and lost and found items.      The Contacts section will list the association management office contact information, residential service provider information and a listing of the Board of Directors.      The Links Page will have a listing of additional online web sites you may find useful as an Owner or Resident at the Hermitage on Huron.  Please feel free to submit your suggestions of links you feel fellow owners or residents may find useful.      The Search page will allow you to search the Hermitage on Huron website.  Also listed under the Search heading is a Site Map to quickly show a listing of web pages on our website.
