If your mortgage company requests a copy of the Hermitage's declaration page summarizing coverage of the homeowner association's master policy, follow these instructions.  Note:  this policy does not relate to individual insurance policies.  
 

1. Click www.rosenthalbros.com/
2. Click "Request a Community Association Certificate"
3. Enter "Hermitage" and click "submit"
4. Choose "Hermitage Condo Association" and click "submit"
5. Enter the required information to have the document faxed to you, mailed to you, or printed.
